I was very hesitant to call anyone to come look at my AC. I was prepared for a horrible experience. Much to my surprise, from the initial phone call until the end I had a great experience with excellent customer service. Darius was on time, professional and completed my repair quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again. They did not try to cheat me or anything, it was a great experience.

My A/C unit would not kick on, so I booked an appt with Diamond Blue. Fortunately, I was able to secure a same day appt and Darius (their technician) arrived a short time later. As a retired guy living on a modest income, I was apprehensive about what it would take to fix my problem and what the ensuing cost would be?
I am pleased to say that Darius able to get my system running for the simple cost of a service call. As someone who has had bad experiences with A/C companies in the past, it was a pleasure to do business with an honest person and company. My hat is off to Darius and Diamond Blue for a job well done!

When our AC Unit stopped working, they were the first to call and schedule an appointment. Stephen and Darius arrived the next morning and diagnosed a difficult issue by process of elimination. They finished the work in a timely and orderly fashion and at a reasonable cost.
